Please note, we don’t add salt to any of our riced vegetable products so you may wish to add some yourself.

I've been a customer of Cauli Rice way before they re-branded as Fullgreen. I LOVE cauli rice! Sometimes I mix it with white rice to create a more filling dish and sometimes I've eaten it just as it is, fresh out of the microwave. It's incredibly versatile and fulfilling; I can't wait to try the Sweet Potato Rice!!
I usually purchase cauliflower rice at a local grocery. Yet ~ If not prepared/eaten on day of purchase or soon after, it can start going bad. Your Cauli Rice is superb! The packaging of your cauliflower rice really allows for such a better option and, yes, it does taste as fresh as newly 'riced'. Today, I had the tomato, garlic, basil cauliflower with bacon for breakfast ~ yes breakfast. Such an amazing scent and taste! For lunch I sautéed spinach in that same (yet to be washed) pan. Just so good. Thanks so much for creating a delightful product.
