Ingredients (2 Waffles)
1 x 7oz Pouch of Vegi Rice, 100% Sweet Potato
2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour (such as Garbanzo Bean flour)
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
How to make it
Open the pouch of Sweet Potato Rice and pour away any moisture from the pack
Add Sweet Potato Rice, Flour, Egg, Baking Soda and Salt to the food processor. Blend until smooth
Pre-heat your Waffle-maker and lightly brush (or spray) its plates with Vegetable Oil
Pour a small amount of Batter into the Waffle-maker and cook as recommended: approximately 2-3 minutes (though every waffle-maker will be different)
Don't take them out too early. Waffles are better crispy, and golden, on the outside
Serve them hot with toppings of your choice
Repeat until all batter is used
