You can order Fullgreen products from this website and we'll deliver them to your door. We want our delivery and returns process to be cost-efficient and our policy to be transparent and fair - ensuring your rights are protected. Here’s how it works.
We dispatch all orders between Monday and Thursday (during working hours), using local postal and courier services. Delivery times do vary and we estimate between 3 and 5 working days from dispatch of your order. Unfortunately, order tracking isn’t always possible.
If our service cannot deliver to your specific region and/or address, we aim to inform you of this in advance and not accept your order. In cases where an order has been accepted but delivery is later deemed impossible, your payment will be refunded in full.
With the exception of some promotional items or offers, all purchases from this website will have a delivery charge added at checkout. This charge will be no more than the standard cost of delivery by local postal services. Fullgreen constantly researches the best and most economical ways to deliver your orders in an attempt to reduce your costs.
In some instances, orders may be split across a number of packages to minimise costs. You will be advised if this is the case.
Providing you contacts us before your package has been dispatched, we will cancel any order and refund your payment in full. No questions.
We dispatch to the address you specify, so please make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before confirming your order. We cannot accept liability for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
If a Fullgreen package does not fit your mailbox, or you are out when it is delivered, our carrier will leave information about collection or re-delivery. They will store the package for a number of days (according to their own terms) before returning it to us. Please contact them as soon as you can to arrange re-delivery.
We estimate between 3 and 6 working days, from dispatch of your order to delivery. This will vary according to your delivery address, when you make your selection, and circumstances impacting delivery services (including, but not limited to inclement weather or public holidays). We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control but promise to help in whatever ways we can. If your delivery does not arrive within 7 working days from notification of dispatch, please let us know.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online order and our service. We accept the return of any unused items, providing they are in their original condition, and packaging, and providing the items have been dispatched to us within 30 days of receipt by you.
To return an item purchased via our website, securely pack and seal it in an appropriate shipping box along with your details and order number or receipt. Once returns have been received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. If you return more than one item they may be refunded to you as separate transactions. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
If your experience is not up to our usual standards, we’ll do our best to fix it. If a product is damaged on receipt, or a manufacturing fault is revealed, within the product's ‘Best Before’ date, we will replace it by post or offer to refund the price you paid.
Items purchased at any a major retailer may be returned to Fullgreen’s offices. Please contact us before sending the package (along with your details and purchase order) via a tracked service, to: Fullgreen (UK) Ltd., 6f Hewlett House, 5 Havelock Terrace, London SW8 4AS.
We do not accept items purchased from 3rd parties, including Amazon shops that are not operated by Fullgreen. These items should be returned to the store from which they were purchased or customer services should be contacted in order to make alternative arrangements. If in doubt, please contact us and we will advise you.
